Sales policy on custom orders

1) after the purchase we will work on a computer program to make an embroidery simulation of your order to make sure you like it and we will need to receive your confirmation before starting to make the actual patches so check your messages.
2) if you confirm the simulation and the patches are done it’s not possible to go back in time and modify them so any mistake you confirmed is 100% your responsibility (if you want your patches modified you’ll have to pay again for them and if they’ve been shipped already you’ll have to cover shipping costs as well)
3) every order is different so the production time may vary widely depending on the difficulty of the design, on the adjustments that we might have to make or if we have to order special materials to fulfill your order, so please, if you have a deadline please let us know prior the purchase
4) due to the nature of embroidery, colors are sometimes an approximation, we try to deliver a patch which is a similar as possible to the picture provided. for specific colors please provide the color code specifically or we won’t be responsible for slight changes. the simulation we provide for confirmation has to be considered only for shape purposes, not colors.
5) we will use our default font unless another font is specifically requested, this font only has capital letters so every text in small letters will be transformed into capital letters
6) if a timeframe for the delivery is given but we miss informations for the completion because you don’t answer messages or you don’t confirm the simulation we are not responsible for the delay
7) all the time you take to confirm the simulation or to give an important information that you forgot to leave in the notes (such as size, colors, etc) or tell before the purchase is time on top of the timeframe we gave you.
8) in rare cases there could be differences in sizes up to 10mm from the given size, that depends on the design and can’t be predicted in advance
9) orders can’t be cancelled

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Fancy Bazar and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.
